Leading the Way in Colour, Pattern & Shape
As the leading local artist, I’m proud to have contributed four large-scale commissioned paintings to this special exhibition at the Thomas Wolsey Gallery, at Christchurch Mansion. Alongside these works, my drawings, prints, and sketchbooks are also on display. Offering a deeper look into my creative process and evolving practice.
I’m honoured to be exhibiting in Ipswich alongside some of the world’s most celebrated artists and colourists, including masters like Bridget Riley, David Hockney, and Henri Matisse . An outstanding mix of local and contemporary talent. This coming together of global icons and homegrown creatives celebrates the rich, vibrant dialogue between past and present, international influence and local identity.
Open Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday 10-4
Until February 2026

Colour • Shape • Pattern
A visual journey through Weaver Birds: From Lagos to London — four vibrant paintings inspired by 35 days of research and creation in Nigeria. Alongside these works, the exhibition showcases my preparatory drawings, prints, and sketchbooks, tracing the evolution from first impressions to finished canvases. Rooted in my exploration of heritage, nature, and traditional art practices, each piece reflects the intricate patterns of weaver birds, the rhythm of Nigerian landscapes, and the connections between past and present.
